The Company shall take all appropriate measures to protect, securely process and store the personal data of its Users, in order to avoid cases of loss, destruction, unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, to the extent possible. However, the Company cannot guarantee that it shall not become the object of malicious actions against it, indirectly affecting the User.
