The societe anonyme under the name “ANTONOPOULOS-TRADE OF CLOTHING, WATCHES, JEWELRY AND GIFTS SOCIETE ANONYME” and the distinctive title “ELEGANT SA”, which has its registered office in Korydallos, Attica (Gr. Lampraki and 1 Ydras street) with TIN 998538109 and GCR number 44844607000, which shall be referred to hereinafter for the needs of the present as “Company”, collects, maintains and processes the personal information and data of the visitors of its website www.devous.gr, who shall be hereinafter referred to as “Users”, according to the applicable national legislation and the European Regulation EU 2016/679.

Personal data includes personal information, which identifies a natural person, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, etc., as well as information that does not reveal the name, but can be associated with the User or the device they use to identify the specific person. Personal data is collected for the sole purpose of providing the above services. By completing its data, the User provides their consent to the Company to process this data, in order to serve the above services.
The Company processes exclusively itself the personal data of its users, by using appropriate electronic and information systems and their entry in its specially designed database (electronic and/or handwritten).
The Company may provide and transmit personal data and information of the User to cooperating companies, however it remains responsible for the processing of their personal data.
The User’s personal data may also be collected by the Company through the use of electronic means of recording and storage of the User’s personal data, as they or their principal registered them on the Company’s website, or as an employee of the Company registered them in the specially designed system (handwritten and/or electronic) of the Company or the companies cooperating with it.

Right to object to the processing: The User is entitled to object, at any time, to the processing of their personal data. The Controller shall no longer process personal data unless there are compelling and legitimate reasons for processing it, which prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. If the processing concerns purposes of direct marketing and profiling, the User of Personal Data shall be entitled at any time to object to the processing of personal data concerning them for such marketing, including profiling, if related to such direct marketing.
Right to portability: The User has the right to receive their personal data in an accessible form and to process it in a commonly used method. Furthermore, the User is entitled to request the Company, in case this is technically feasible, to transfer the data provided to another Controller. This right exists for the personal data whose processing is carried out by automated means either with the consent of the User or for the performance of a relevant contract.

The Company shall take all appropriate measures to protect, securely process and store the personal data of its Users, in order to avoid cases of loss, destruction, unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, to the extent possible. However, the Company cannot guarantee that it shall not become the object of malicious actions against it, indirectly affecting the User.
